Kaplan–Meier analyses of recurrence-free survival (RFS) rates in patients with non-functioning pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (NF-PanNENs) depending on the risk score. The 5-year RFS rates of patients with risk scores of 0–1 and 2–5 were 98.1% and 81.7% (P = 0.0046). The hazard ratio (HR) of risk score groups 2–5 was 1.8 times higher than that of risk score groups 0–1 (P = 0.040)
